5 Days Desert Tour From Fes to Marrakech

5-day desert tour from Fes to Marrakech provides an extended opportunity to explore both the Sahara Desert and the diverse landscapes of Morocco. Here’s a sample itinerary for such a tour:

Day 1: Fez - Ifrane- Cedar forest- Medalt- Ziz valley- Merzouga

At 8:00 AM, we will pick you up from your hotel or riad in Fes and start our tour.
Ifrane, often known as the “Switzerland” of Morocco, is where you’ll stop to take in the scenery and take some priceless images. You will next proceed to the “cedar forest” in Azrou to witness the monkeys.
going on to Midelt to a restaurant for lunch. Following that, on the way to Errachidia, we will travel via the “Tizi N Talghamt” pass and pause at the Ziz valley gorges.
The last settlement before we reach Merzouga is Erfoud, which is famed for its fossils and dates. The trip continues through Erfoud to the Erg Chebbi Dunes.
Spend the night in a hotel.

Day 2: Exploring the desert - Camel trek - Camp

Today, we’ll investigate the desert area and the magnificent Erg Chebbi sand dunes. We’ll do a circle of the dunes in the desert so you can observe a nomad family in action, their way of life, and the incredible shifting contrasts of the desert. We’ll go to Khamlia’s “black village” to observe the Gnawa musicians. In a hamlet, we’ll eat a typical Berber pizza for lunch. After viewing the afternoon sun set over the sand dunes, we will ride camels back to the desert camp where we will spend the night. As the moon rises over the magnificent Sahara Desert, we will have a traditional tagine meal while listening to traditional Berber music. In the Camp for the night.

Day 3: Merzouga _ Erfoud _ Todra Gorge _ valley of dades _ Gorge Dades

We’ll get up early today in order to catch the spectacular sunrise from a top dune.

You will then eat breakfast at the Camp following that. Our first stop will be at Erfoud, which is well-known for its fossils (if you’d like to visit a factory to learn more about them, that is). Tinjdad or Tinjhir will be the location for lunch. We continue on to Torda Gorge, which is the ideal location for climbers. Here, you may take a stroll and take in the scenery. Before arriving at our hotel, we’ll go to the Dades Valley where you may take in the scenery and berber towns. Go to Gorge of Dades for the night.

Day 4: Gorge dades _ Boutghrar _ valley of the roses _ Skoura _ Ouarzazat

We will begin our final Off Road journey after breakfast at the motel. You will like the high Atlas mountain scenery. The Nomad family still residing in caverns will be visible to us. When we get in the Valley of the Roses, we continue our journey there (if you’re curious to learn how they manufacture rose water, oil, etc.). Before arriving in Ouarzazat, we travel on to Skoura to see a kasbah from the 17th century that belongs to the Amridil family. Visit the Kasbah of Taourirt or the Museum of Cinema in Ouarzazat. I spent the night at Ouarzazat.

Day 5: Ouarzazat- ait ben haddou- Talouat- Marrakech

Our time together today is our last. The movie or any picture studio will be our initial destination. Our next destination will be the kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, where we will get the opportunity to visit the well-known Kasbah, which was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1986 due to the fact that several films, including Gladiator, Game of Thrones, Ali Baba, and others, were filmed there. Then we proceed via the Ounila Valley to the next kasbah of Telouat. We’ll make a few stops along the way so that you may take in the splendour of the outdoors and capture images of the historic Amazigh (Berber) villages. Following your visit to the Kasbah, we will travel towards the High Atlas Mountains through the 2260 M-high Touchka Pass. We will arrive at the Red City, which is Marrakech, after travelling over the mountains for about an hour.
a conclusion to our services. We appreciate your faith in us.
